Anxiety is a natural human emotion characterized by feelings of worry, fear or apprehension. We all experience some anxiety, but when it starts getting in the way of daily living then that is something to work on. Having anxiety, this drives so much behavior that is otherwise damaging for mental health and well-being.
The Causes of Anxiety
Anxiety, as a result of genetic predisposition or environmental factors, not to forget personal experiences can come from all angles. Anxiety levels increased with stressful life events (loss of a family member, job changes or other significant transitions in peoples' lives). And lifestyle choices—like sleep deprivation, a poor diet or lack of exercise — can make things even worse.
Ecognizing the Symptoms
Anxiety symptoms are varied and may consist of restlessness, fatigue, irritability or trouble with focus. And, there are also physical responses like feeling your heart race or breaking a sweat. Recognizing these symptoms is important because they can be easily confused with other medical conditions.
How to Deal With Anxiety

In most cases, that may help to a certain degree but some of you might require medicines which your doctor can prescribe!
